2024 Reception

Sponsors Get Noticed!

All registered guests at our event will get one ticket for the drawings.

Winners names to be drawn during the last hour of the reception and announced, but winner doesn’t have to be present as long as a name and contact number is written and legible on the ticket stub.

By PRE-Registering each guest preregistered will receive TWO tickets for the drawings (one additional at door).

All sponsors will be recognized prior to and at the reception!

• Appropriate signage for the type sponsor, i.e. sign at beginning and end of food line or at the bars.
• All sponsors mentioned on large POP UP signs at registration entrance and throughout the meeting room.
• Notation in emails and on social media while announcing the reception.
